General Information

  • หากลูกค้าทำการสั่งคอมมิชชั่น ถือว่าเป็นการตกลงและยอมรับในเงื่อนไขทั้งหมด

  • ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงานที่ไม่เหมาะสมและขัดกับแนวทางของตน

  • ผู้วาดจะไม่ได้วาดท่าทางทุกอย่างให้เหมือนกับเรฟที่ลูกค้าส่งมาให้เป๊ะๆ อาจจะมีปรับเปลี่ยนเล็กน้อยหากผู้วาดรู้สึกว่ามันเหมือนกับต้นฉบับจนเกินไป(ป้องกันเรื่องปัญหาลิขสิทธิ์) แนะนำว่าให้ลูกค้าผสมหลายๆเรฟรวมกัน

  • 1 คิวต่อ 1 งาน

  • ผู้วาดไม่รับงานเร่งทุกกรณี ขอคนรอได้นะคะ

  • ผู้วาดจะขอสิทธิ์นำผลงานไปโพสต์เป็นพอร์ต หากลูกค้าไม่อยากให้นำงานไปเผยแพร่โปรดอย่าลืมแจ้ง

  • By commissioning me, you knowledge and agree to all stated terms and conditions.

  • I reserves the right to decline any commission that does not match my style or artistic direction.

  • I will not draw everything exactly like on the reference. The artwork will be adjusted if I feel it is too similar with the original source (to avoid copyright issues). Recommended to combine multiple references together.

  • One slot per commission.

  • No rush/urgent commission.

  • The artwork will be posted on social media for portfolio purposes, if you wish to keep the commission private, please inform me in advance.

Payment

  • ราคาจะขึ้นอยู่กับดีเทล สเกลงาน และจุดประสงค์การนำไปใช้ (หากใช้ Commercial use ให้ x2)

  • ก่อนเริ่มงานมัดจำ 50% หรือสามารถจ่ายเต็มจำนวน การชำระเงินก่อนร่วมงานจะถือเป็นการจองคิวและตกลงเริ่มงาน

  • ช่องทางการชำระเงิน ชำระเงินผ่านธนาคารเท่านั้น

  • ชำระเต็มจำนวนก่อนส่งงานไฟนอล

  • Price depend on the complexity of the work and the intended usage. (For commercial use x2)

  • A 50% deposit is required before starting the commission.The deposit serves as confirmation and agreement to begin the work.

  • Payment via SWIFT code.

  • Full payment must be completed before the final artwork is delivered.

Revision

  • แก้ฟรีได้ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง

  • แก้เกินกว่า 3 ครั้ง คิดครั้งละ 100บาท

  • การแก้ไขที่เป็นการแก้ใหญ่ อย่าเช่น ท่าทาง องค์ประกอบ หรือเปลี่ยนคอนเซ็ปต์ ไม่รวมอยู่ในการแก้งาน และอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

  • ไม่มีการแก้ไขงานหลังจากงานเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์

  • Up to 3 free revision are included.

  • Additional revisions will be charged 100 THB. Per revision

  • Major changes pose,composition,character or concept change) are not included and may require additional fees.

  • No revision are allowed after the artwork is finalized.

Turnaround Time

  • งานโดยปกติจะใช้เวลา 2อาทิตย์จนถึง1เดือน

  • งานที่เป็น Full cg แนวนอนจะใช้เวลามากกว่า 2 อาทิตย์แน่นอน หรือมากกว่า 1 เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับความยากง่ายของงาน

  • อาจมีความล่าช้าในกรณีฉุกเฉิน ทั้งนี้ทางผู้วาดจะแจ้งให้ทราบทันที

  • Each commission usually take approximately 2week to 1month to complete.

  • A full CG (horizontal) takes approximately 1-2 months to complete

  • In case of emergencies, delays may occur. I will notify the client immediately.

Cancellation & Refund

  • ลูกค้ายกเลิกก่อนผู้วาดเริ่มงาน จะไม่มีการคืนมัดจำ

  • ลูกค้ายกเลิกตอนที่เริ่มงานไปแล้ว ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี

  • หากผู้วาดเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกเองจะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน

  • If the commission is canceled before work begins, the deposit is non-refundable

  • If the commission is canceled after work has started, no refund will provided under any circumstances.

  • If the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Communication

  • ติดต่องานผ่านได้ทุกช่องทาง

  • ผู้วาดโดยปกติหากไม่ติดธุระอะไรจะตอบค่อนข้างเร็ว

  • หากลูกค้าไม่มีการติดต่อกลับภายในสามวันจะถือว่ายกเลิกงาน

  • การคุยงานจะอยู่ในบรรยากาศที่สุภาพ เป็นกันเอง และตรงไปตรงมา ให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกัน ลูกค้าไม่ต้องกังวลค่ะ หากอยากสอบถามหรือเสนอไอเดีย สามารถทำได้เต็มที่ค่ะ

  • ผู้วาดจะอัปเดตงานให้ดูทุกๆ 2หรือ3วัน

  • Feel free to contact me via any platform.

  • Response are usually quick unless the artist is unavailable.

  • If there is no response from the client within 3 days,the commission will be considered canceled.

  • Communication will be polite, friendly, honest,and respectful. Clients are welcome to ask questions or share ideas freely, please feel comfortable and don’t worry.

  • I will provide work progress updates every 2-3 days.

Commission Process

  • ลูกค้าส่งบรีฟ หรือปรึกษางาน

  • ตกลงราคา

  • ชำระมัดจำ (หลังจากชำระแล้วจะลงคิวให้ทันที)

  • เริ่มงาน ขั้นตอนที่นักวาทำงานคือ ร่างภาพ ร่างสี ทำการเพ้นท์ทับเส้นและเก็บรายละเอียด

  • ส่งงานผ่าน Email,Google Drive

  • send a brief or request a consultation.

  • Price agreement

  • Pay a deposit ( the queue will be scheduled immediately after payment.

  • Start the work. The artist’s workflow includes: sketch, base color, rendering, final touch.

  • Final artwork will be delivered via Email/Google Drive.

  • สเกลงานและมุมกล้อง

  • ขนาดหน้ากระดาษ(ขนาดหน้ากระดาษมาตราฐานของร้าน 4000*5000 300dpi) สามารถแจ้งไซส์ได้ค่ะ

  • พื้นหลัง

  • โทนสีและบรรยากาศ

  • Type of use: Personal or Commercial

  • Character details: name, age, gender, personality, costume, distinctive features, etc. (References images are highly recommended, if available)

  • Pose and facial expression

  • Scale and camera angle

  • Canvas size (standard canvas size 4000*5000 300dpi) you may inform me of your preferred canvas size in advance.
